Exploring Light, Perception & Calmness

Martina Berti is a contemporary artist based in Málaga, Spain, creating original geometric paintings that explore how colour can evoke light, depth and transparency.

Through subtle tonal transitions and carefully balanced compositions, her work challenges the boundaries between what is seen and what is perceived. Each painting invites the viewer to pause, look closer and discover something unexpected within seemingly simple forms.

From Architecture to Painting

With a background in architecture, Martina Berti brings a distinctive approach to painting, combining technical precision with artistic intuition.

Her creative process begins with digital studies, where compositions and colour relationships are carefully developed before being translated onto canvas. Each painting is then meticulously executed by hand, allowing subtle variations in colour to become an essential part of the work.
